In-depth Air Leakage Evaluation

Do you experience drafts in your home in the winter? Are mice, ants, or other pests getting into your building? Blower-door testing is a powerful technology for diagnosing home performance issues. During an in-depth air leakage evaluation, the energy advisor will perform a detailed investigation of leakage areas in your home using the blower door, and provide recommendations for solving the problems. A brief report, including key problem areas, will be provided. You will also be provided with the Equivalent Leakage Area for your home, which identifies cumulative size of all the holes in your building. This assessment takes 1 to 2 hours.
