Airtightness testing

Do you want to know how airtight your house is? One of our Registered Energy Advisors will visit your home, measure your home's volume, and conduct a blower door test to determine your home's airtightness. The energy advisor will accompany you on a tour of the house to identify areas of air leakage and provide suggestions for sealing them. 

This service can also be performed for homes under construction. For accurate results, the air barrier of the home should be complete. 

You will be provided with a brief summary report which includes your home's current Air Change per Hour at 50 Pascals (ACH50) and your Equivalent Leakage Area, as well as a list of air leakage locations.
