Swift Acres collects honey from their professionally managed apiary in Apsley, Ontario - surrounded by wildflower fields and backing onto the Kawartha Highlands Provincial Park.

Floral sources include - dandelion, white and red clover, poppy, aster, daisy, lavendar, anise hyssop and sunflower.

Wildflower honey is a light/golden coloured honey that reflects a certain time and place. The taste, aroma and flavour will vary from season to season depending on which flowers are dominant at the time of collection.
