Information for Registration
We are offering 9 weeks of camp, with various themes for your campers.
Please contact camps@greenup.on.ca if you have questions or if you'd like to be added to a waitlist. Please include camp week, camper age and name in your correspondence.
If you need to book multiple campers in the same age cohort or camp, please include both names in the same order and ensure a Camper Health Form is filled out for each camper.

Note some weeks offer a wide age range (5-12).
Climate Leadership for Girls, Two-Spirit, and Gender Diverse Youth returns in Week 2 and 6.

All camp fees are tax-free. Read below for our new Cancellation Policy.
- $285.00/camper ($228.00/camper on 4-day weeks*)
Refunds and Cancellation Policy for 2023 - A cancellation fee will apply to all refunds to cover our administration costs and payment processing fees.
Applicable Fees:
$35 before May 1st
$50 until June 30th
NO REFUNDS after July 1st, unless your spot can be filled by our wait list, in which case the $50 fee applies.
Week 1 | July 3-7
Earth Adventures (age 5-8) and (age 9-12) - Take Flight! From seeds to birds, and bees to bubbles, we’ll explore flight, and make things that soar!
Week 2 | July 10-14
Earth Adventures (age 5-8) – Insects - Experience the buzz! Learn & live a bug’s life this week at Ecology Park.
Climate Leadership for Girls, Two-Spirit, and Gender Diverse Youth (age 11-13) - When gender diverse youth are empowered, we support a better life for all. This program offers the chance to build the skills and confidence needed to become climate leaders!
Led by incredible Community Climate Heroes who are at the forefront of the local climate movement, this leadership program will include a focus on:
- Green Building, in partnership with Builders for Climate Action
- Food Security, in partnership with Nourish
- Cycling Skills, in partnership with B!KE and Active School Travel Peterborough
- Climate Adaptation, in partnership with Ecology Park
- Water Protection, in partnership with Wonders of Water
Must be able to ride independently and confidently over a medium distance. Bike & helmet required (available to borrow, as needed).
Week 3 | July 17-21
Earth Adventures (age 5-8) - Sense-sational Summer - This week we’ll immerse our senses in Ecology Park, and try on the senses of the wild things that call EP home.
Week 4 | July 24-28
Earth Adventures (age 5-8) - Watch our Garden Grow – Play in the gardens of Ecology Park and let your green thumb show.
Week 5 | July 31-Aug 4
Earth Adventures (age 5-8) - Magic of the Forest - Fairies & Folklore come to life this week at Ecology Park.
Week 6 | August 8-11*
Climate Leadership for Girls, Two-Spirit, and Gender Diverse Youth (age 11-13) - When gender diverse youth are empowered, we support a better life for all. This program offers the chance to build the skills and confidence needed to become climate leaders!
Week 7 | August 14-18
Earth Adventures (age 5-8) - Wee Wonders - This week we’ll explore the tiny treasures of Ecology Park with magnifiers in hand.
Week 8 | August 21-25
Earth Adventures (age 5-8) and (age 9-12) - Adventure Camp - Live the adventure - build forts and explore the wilderness of Ecology Park and beyond.
Week 9 | August 28 - 31*
Earth Adventures (age 5-8) – Best of Earth Adventures - In this 4-day finale to summer, we’ll celebrate by bringing back some of our favourite crafts and activities from summer 2023!
