Re-visit fee - within the City of Peterborough

Please pay this fee only if you have been asked to do so by a member of the GreenUP Home Energy Team. This fee is charged when a Registered Energy Advisor needs to return to the property because the assessment could not be completed at the initial visit. Situations where this may occur include if the Energy Advisor cannot conduct a blower door test because of holes in the building envelope, or if a homeowner is not present at the agreed upon appointment time and did not inform the Energy Advisor in advance. There may also be other cases when this fee will be charged. Discuss with a member of the GreenUP team if you have questions about this fee.
